You may purchase services for accounts and phone numbers you own, manage or have permission to use. Resellers must accurately describe services to their own customers and follow applicable consumer-protection rules.

• Fraud, impersonation, phishing, harassment or deceptive political activity.
• Promotion of illegal goods, violence, hate or sexual exploitation.
• Use of stolen payment details or attempts to manipulate wallet balances.
• Attacks, scraping, automated abuse or attempts to bypass platform limits.
• Purchasing services for an account without permission where doing so could cause harm.

We may block an order, restrict a feature or suspend an account when activity creates security, legal or provider risk. Serious or repeated violations may be permanently closed and reported where required by law.
